Our teachers are from all over the world. Our selection criteria for teachers are based on quality of experience, education and pastoral care.

As an international school, English is the main language of instruction, although we offer optional Japanese language classes in Primary and Secondary. Additionally, students gain exposure to Japanese through certain classes which are taught in Japanese.
Our Preschool and Kindergartens are conducted in an all- English environment, and we recommend parents to actively maintain the level of Japanese at home through discussions and reading books out loud.

We aim for all students to pass the EIKEN Grade 4 Test by Kindergarten graduation. We also aim for all first year primary students to pass the EIKEN pre-2 test, and by Primary graduation, pass the EIKEN pre-1 test.
